A yoga flow practice can be extremely potent. Continuous movement tires the body, increases our circulation, and relaxes our mental landscape. The mind becomes stable, still, and quiet.
Starting from the top, with Reverse Process Pose (Viparita Karani), follow the order of poses in the sequence shown and finish with Hero Pose (Vajrasana).
NOTE: This flow sequence was developed for intermediate or advanced practitioners and contains some twists and inversions. If you suffer from high blood pressure or are pregnant, check with your doctor first or eliminate twists and inversions altogether.
